Cancellation & Refund Policy

TGG CORPORATION believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, dispatched to vendors/partners, or shipped.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • TGG Corporation does not accept cancellation requests for perishable or personalized items (e.g., flowers, eatables, customized products).
  • However, refund or replacement may be considered if the product is found to be damaged or of poor quality upon delivery, subject to validation by our team.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Once the claim is verified by the vendor or team, appropriate action will be taken (refund/replacement).
  • If the product received differs significantly from what was displayed on our website or does not meet your expectations, contact us within 15 days for review.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For items covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. We may assist in the process but are not liable for warranty claims.

Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved by TGG Corporation, the process may take between 16–30 days to reflect in your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed only after due investigation and validation of claims.
